Do you take bookings?
The stools are first-come; the snug and window table can be reserved above. Groups of four or more should write ahead — the room is small on purpose.
I don't drink whisky — should I still come?
Yes. There's a short list of everything else, made with the same care.
Is there food?
Enough: bread, cheese and cured things. It's a bar that feeds you, not a kitchen that pours.
