A software studio · Helsinki

We ship. Then we stay.

Parsec is eight engineers who build production software for companies that can't afford a rewrite in two years. No account managers, no bench — the people on the call are the people in the repo, and we run what we build.

How we ship

Weeks, not quarters.

Every engagement runs the same shape. The weeks are real — we've run this loop forty times.

  1. Discovery

Two weeks inside your domain: users, data, the systems nobody documented. Ends with a build plan priced honestly and a prototype you can click.

  2. The build

One senior team, shipping to staging weekly from day one. You see progress in a URL, not a deck — and you can kill the project at any Friday demo.

  3. The launch

Boring by design: feature flags, migrations rehearsed, a rollback we've actually tested. Launches here don't get war stories, which is the point.

  4. The run

We operate what we shipped — monitoring, upgrades, the 3am pager. Most clients keep us on run-mode for years; the code stays healthy because its authors are on call for it.

Work

Engagements

Priced like adults.

Fixed where we can see, transparent where we can't. Discovery is always the door in.

Most popular

Discovery

€12,000 two weeks, fixed

The domain, the data, the honest build plan — and a clickable prototype your board can argue about.

  • Priced build plan, no lock-in
  • Take it to anyone, including us
Book discovery

The Build

€38,000 per team-month

One senior team, weekly staging demos, kill-switch every Friday. Most builds run two to four months.

  • Weekly demo or your money's bored
  • You own the repo from week one
After discovery

The Run

from €4,500 per month

We operate what we built: monitoring, upgrades, on-call. The reason our code stays clean.

  • The 3am pager is ours
  • Quarterly health reports, readable

Clients

On the record

The Friday kill-switch felt like a gimmick until week six, when we used it to cut a feature. They celebrated with us. That's when I understood the model.
CTOLogistics platform
Two years in production, four platform upgrades, zero drama. Our last vendor's system needed a rewrite at eighteen months. This one just... runs.
Head of OpsEnergy console
They talked us out of features in discovery. A consultancy reducing its own scope was new to me. The thing shipped early because of it.
