Before you book
Do you take my insurance?
We bill most major health insurers directly — you book, we handle approval and paperwork with them. If you're unsure, book anyway and add your insurer in the note; we'll confirm cover before your visit, in writing.
Do I need a referral?
No. A public referral is one way in, but you can book directly as a self-pay patient at a flat price, or through your private insurance. The appointment is identical on every path.
Can I bring my children?
Yes — children and family care is half of what we do. Book under your own name and mention who's coming in the note; siblings can share one visit, and the same doctor sees the whole family.
